I read all the terrible reviews about the Lyndonville Dunkin yet went there despite them and am happy I did!! I had called ahead to be certain they had what I wanted. When I arrived and began my order, they actually knew what else I would order remembering my call in. The young women there were very courteous and on task. No wait! I had a cast on my arm and without my asking, the young man behind the counter came around and offered to carry my order my car. I felt that was amazing and kind…. I will go there again, their service was above and beyond…..

I always preorder my coffee because they are typically busy. Today we waited a half hour (15 minutes after I placed my order) to be told they don’t have my order and to (take a number and get in line) whoever the lady with rotting teeth is should be let go.

No working oven for orders, cashier was quite oblivious to focusing a simple order and the area was not the cleanest.

The new rule I'm told is we pay extra if we want less ice. Who does this?As a paying customer I guess we should be able to have what we want for ice. So you have lost a regular customer. I'll give my business to McDonalds.

We stopped here on our way back home hoping to get some breakfast and free medium or large coffee Mondays for app members. I got a small black coffee with a donut, I ask the girl behind the counter, dont I get it for free if I change it to medium, "I don't know anything about the app". Then she calls someone else and the other girl says "oh thats so you use your app for rewards!" There was a sign that says free medium or large coffee. They have no food either. If you can wait, dont bother stopping here, avoid it.
