The worst customer service ever they messed up my sandwich I confronted them, and instead of offering to remake it, they gave me attitude and told me that’s how I ordered it so that’s how I get it. They’ve lost my business and I will never ever step foot into there again and give them another penny of my money very rude and disrespectful. I will never be there again.

I have been in the area working on storm damage to the roads. The sandwich’s are amazing and the staff so friendly and personable. I will be sad when the job for me is over and I will be away, but sure enough if I’m ever in the area again this will be a definite stop!

Pros:
Affordable
Bright inside
Menu easy to read
Unique specials daily
Hot coffee is self serve
Friendly staff
Plenty of parking
One of the best spinach fetas I’ve ever had
Fun coffee flavors

Cons:
Can be easy to drive by - should have a road sign
Coffee is strong so you may want to add sugar if you normally don’t
Milk is in a coffee urn mixed in with coffee rack - can make it difficult to spot
While the mixed berry filling in the strudel was amazing I felt the strudel and sugar was overpowering
Online they only have Facebook with no image of menu so it can be hard to plan ahead

By far the best Bagel I have ever had. Also be sure to try the Hot Pastrami & Beer Cheese on a Pretzel roll special

Cute little place. Had a decent coffee and a breakfast bagel for a really fair price. Nice little place for a food and coffee stop during our road trip.

Currently one of the best places for good food at a very reasonably price in the NEK! I *highly* recommend the cornbread grilled with maple butter. My son who rarely eats vegetables loves the spinach bagels! Keep up the great work Bagel Depot team. Breakfast burrito is also excellent and big enough to save 1/2 for lunch.
