The food is usually great, hot and fresh. The restaurant is always clean but they are seriously lacking in the customer service department. If you have a to go order you ALWAYS have to ask for your drink cup when picking up inside. If you want to order at the counter you generally have to wait until an employee turns around or holler out into the kitchen to get someone to stop ignoring you.

Waited at the window for 15 miniutes for our food no one was in front of us and nobody came to the window. Handed us our drinks but left the window open. After 15 miniutes was told to pull up as they were waiting for the strips for a chicken wrap.

I ordered with the app and used curbside pickup. I waited SEVENTEEN MINUTES for 4 McDoubles and a fry, and when I got them they were cold. This is the second time in two weeks this has happened. Not impressed.

Not gonna name names but a certain manager wants to treat employees like trash yet flirt in the lobby actually a name is needed get Christina under control or get rid of her. Managers are supposed to lift their team up not belittle them while galavanting in the lobby. This isn't the first time ether it's a patern and if JB or the other hire ups don't see that the issue is much deeper. No offense JB!

Best macdonalds I’ve been to. I’m 60 yrs old and never had my meal delivered to my table. Food seemed like it was made to order as it took a min. Then all food was fresh and hot.

Terrible, the most excessive wait times imaginable. STAY FAR AWAY.
I was in there this past weekend, I asked for a second syrup with my hot cakes and the person at the counter said they charged for it! Are you kidding me??? Do you charge for salt and pepper too?? Naturally I did not get it! Although it was probably a short amount of money but it left a bad taste in my mouth about this place!

Very slow at drive thru. Payment Window service very slow with gentleman very rude. Try fixing the half dozen holes in in drive thru. Serving window, pleasant people. No wonder McDonald's is losing money.
