I ordered a double fish fillet meal with a shamrock shake. Staff was incredibly rude and had a lot of attitude. The girl who was serving me asked why I was standing at the counter, I replied that I hadn’t gotten my drink yet and she flung the cup across the counter at me. As a last insult, there were no large cup covers available and I did not feel comfortable at that point with bringing it up to the rude staff members. I loved the food, just not the service.

They must have spilled the mustard onto my over priced 1/4 pounder no cheese. Drive up line was long and very slow at 2 pm on a Monday. Girl who handed over the food was cheerful, other lady less so.

I came in for a deluxe Quarter Pounder meal and they messed up the order 3 times. I had to come back for the order to be fixed 2 days in a row only to have it be wrong every time. I called in and was asked to give my name for a new meal the next day only to show up and have them tell me I wasn't on the list. Complete failure on every level.

Out of my last 5 visits. They have gotten my order wrong 4 times. Either giving the wrong sandwich or not getting the bacon I paid for. Place has gone down hill

Despite the dining room area being closed at 8:00pm (staffing?) The food was FRESH and HOT and the drive-thru line moved quickly.. couldn't ask for much more... ?
