One of the coolest cafes we've been too. The color coordinated books are so unique and the lattes we got were great! Staff is super friendly and seem genuinely passionate about what they do.

Took 45 mins. for a large latte and a small hot chocolate. Only 1 barista to make the beverages and was slower than European time. Expect a super long wait to compliment a super long line. Will never order here again.

Grabbed two iced coffees after purchasing books and I questioned if they were even iced coffees based on how light they appeared. Tasted like coffee, but very diluted. Cute place though! Will need to buy another coffee elsewhere for a caffeine pick-me-up.

Oh why not. I'd give it a five out of five stars, but if if I had to split hairs, it'd probably be 4.5.
I had higher expectations for the Americano that I ordered but it was still pretty good. Breakfast sandwich was delicious!

This is a cute café with friendly staff. I love that there’s so many latte flavor options. The croissants and bahn mi are my go to.

Best pastries in Manchester. I love the vibe of this cafe. It is delicious and I enjoyed being connected to the bookstore. Their maple croissant was amazing.

We frequent Manchester several times a year and absolutely love this newly renovated cafe. It has a unique ambiance that blends a speakeasy feel with a coffee shop atmosphere. It truly stands out from any other café. The Hemingway sandwich is exceptional—I'm still craving it! We can't wait for our next visit.

What an amazing cafe!!! The coffee (Brio Coffeeworks), the food and the vibe are 5 star! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the owners are super friendly and kind. They have transformed this establishment and with talking to them they are far from finished! Don’t pass this spot up you will regret it!

Coffee is top-notch- had an espresso that hit the spot. Grabbed a book from the shelf and read some Nietzsche.

I stop nearby to charge my car and found this place only after trying a couple of others nearby. It's definitely my favorite. They serve excellent coffee, their baking is good and they use nice mugs and china if you're staying there.
It's also delightful to spend time there. They have small tables both in the main serving area, where shelves are filled with an eclectic mix of old books, and elsewhere scattered within the bookstore.
Great place ... enjoy!

Love this cafe that’s adjacent to the Northshire Bookstore! It has a wonderful European vibe and offers an array of delicious salads, sandwiches, bakery items and has a full espresso bar. If you’re in Manchester definitely check it out!
