Manchester House of Pizza

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this pizzeria. I spent $73 for two pepperoni pizzas and 12 chicken wings, which is an unusually high price for such a basic order. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not come close to justifying the cost.

The pizzas were excessively greasy, making them unpleasant to eat. As for the chicken wings, they appeared to be boiled rather than properly cooked, resulting in a soggy and flavorless texture. The food was so unappealing that I ended up discarding most of it — even my pets refused to eat the leftovers.

Given the steep pricing and poor quality, I cannot recommend this establishment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements.

First of all, my concern is not about the price. I'm from NYC, so I'm used to paying high prices — but with that, I also expect great service. The wings were just regular wings; I'm not sure why they're labeled as 'jumbo.' At the end of the day, quality and customer service are what matter most — and based on your response, it's clear that customer service is lacking.

Clean, warm and comfortable interior with plenty of well spaced booths and tables. Had the linguine with garlic, oil, and basil. Yummy.

Good filling pizza! Little bit on the doughy side. The prices were decent but desserts were expensive.

We enjoyed our first visit to Manchester House of Pizza -ordered from the huge menu, sat down and served tableside-pizza was very good and slices generous. We will go back -all the food coming out of the kitchen looked great and customers seemed happy-it was busy but plenty of places to be seated.

The pizza is very good as well as the Lasagna. We did both take out and dining in and the service was prompt. Dining area is spacious, comfortable, and not noisy.

WORSE PLACE EVER! ABSOLUTELY NOT KID FRIENDLY! If you are coming with your children do not stop here! They have a sign stating kids should be seated and aviod roaming around which I didn't mind honestly. Our children are well behaved, otherwise we wouldn't take them anywhere with us. What bothered us was two employees at different times came over to us and basically scolded the kids while being seated saying what they can and can't do. They were extremely unfriendly and there service was just rude. Consequently, the pizza was burnt and did not taste good. I would give no stars if possible!

I wasn't expecting the $$$$$$$$ $3 extra for sauce for my calzone,but the calzone was really good 8.8/10 . bacon was under cooked on my wife sandwich,note they had no problem making more for her to put on it.

I made the right choice to eat here while passing through. More than just pizza. Staff was great, leave em a tip. Really nice interior and the atmosphere is a little between a sports bar and a family restaurant. Highly recommend.

Me and my friends got banned for absolutely no reason, the older gentleman working the front counter was rude to my husband! I’m utterly disgusted by the treatment!

Worst white pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Other pie was mediocre, light on the (rather expensive) toppings. $30+ for a pizza of this caliber is Highway robbery. ?‍? Mozzarella sticks were good.
