Mystic Restaurant & Bar

We had an incredible meal at Mystico in Manchester, VT, Friday night! This was our first time visiting since their rebranding, and it did not disappoint. The crudos were perfectly paired and balanced—each one a standout. The focaccia with whipped ricotta was delicious, and the fresh pasta was absolutely incredible. Every dish we tried was flawless!l- squid ink with scallops special, Burrata bucatini, duck ragu- all amazing! While the desserts were good, they didn’t quite have the same wow factor as the rest of the meal. If you haven’t been to Mystico yet, I highly recommend it!

A great little gem in the center of Manchester. The food and service were tremendous. The tuna crudo was outstanding, however my favorite was the Zucca raviolo. Everyone’s meal around us looked fantastic too. Definitely worth a visit.

I had a really great meal here when staying in Manchester to ski. The food was amazing - I got gren salad, focaccia with caponata, tagliatelle with duck ragu, and the mascarpone semifreddo. Would recommend all of it. And the service and ambiance were also wonderful.

If I could give this place a 10/10, I would. This place is fantastic. The quality of food, servers, staff and ambience is worth every penny. PLEASE GET BUCA TINI CACIO E PEPE & SEA BASS…you will not be disappointed. Also, anything in that menu is fantastic and the cocktails are 10/10 too. Thank you Crystal and Raymond!!!!!!! See you soon

The GF pasta was prepared to perfection. The sauce was spicy but not overwhelming. However, it is very noisy & the air circulation is terrible! There was a strong fish odor that hit us in the face when we arrived. And my clothes had such a strong food smell that I had to air them out for days!

This place is excellent, their starters and main dishes are very good, but where they really shine is with their desserts. Without a doubt, if you love desserts, you should visit this place.

Very pleasantly surprised by the high quality Italian food at Mystic. They specialize in homemade pastas but it goes well beyond that !!’ We started with an awesome crudo trio and delicious white asparagus soup with heavenly notes of pancetta. Next we had the house made focaccia bread with creamy ricotta cheese its was crazy good. Pasta course was Spaghetti alla Chitarra which had bold flavors and perfect texture. Mains: Sake and Sea Bass both with their creative presentation and sides. The fish was prepared flawlessly. I’m a Gelato nut !!! I tasted my wife’s pistachio Gelato because I usually don’t order it outside of Italy. It was Excellent the real deal. Next visit I’ll order my own. The service was friendly and professional. We had an amazing evening and can’t wait to return. Lunch later today is sounding good.

When you've just had the most epic dinner ever, why on earth wouldn't you want to come back for lunch the next day? We chowed down on an insane Porchetta with salsa verde on homemade focaccia bread and a ridiculously good salad. And, oh man, their homemade gelato? We demolished it in record time - I couldn't even snap a pic!

Everything was absolutely incredible! The salad, the pastas and desserts were out of this world and topping it off was the incredible service and hospitality that greets you from the moment you walk in to the moment you are ready to leave. I wish we lived closer as I would come every week! Outstanding !!!

Found this place right on one of the main streets in the Manchester Village and were amazed at the quality of food. We had lunch and tried their butternut squash soup, bass crudo, tuna roll bowl, and of course, the hazelnut tiramisu. FANTASTIC. Can't wait to go back!

The food here is incredible. I had the spaghetti alla chitarra, my husband got the Rigatoni, my father in law got the squid dish and my mother in law got the pumpkin ravioli, and every dish was so well done. Highly recommend this place.

The server Caroline was rude, curt and disrespectful toward my daughter and I but, sadly and inexcusably, toward my so pleasant 96 year old mom. From the time my daughter initially walked in the restaurant with my mom until we left, she put a damper on what was a wonderful family day. The restaurant should have higher standards for servers - starting with decency, a far far stretch from Caroline. Go elsewhere. Update: rather than reading my review and seeing how they could do better, the owner (who was not present to see Caroline’s behavior) went into a detailed minute by minute account which has some factual errors and accusations (fibbing? Really?). My representation of Caroline was accurate. Caroline gave an account to the owner who accepted it verbatim. I stand behind my review. They could do better but clearly do not choose to.
