Beef Stroganoff
We do this a little differently white wine, cream béchamel made to order poured over broiled skirt steak, and linguini. Our most decadent offering.
Chicken with Fresh Basil and Mushrooms
All-natural chicken breast pan sautéed. Served with a truffled mushroom fresh basil cream sauce over linguini.
Veal Piccata
Veal filet lightly breaded, sautéed in white wine, butter, lemon, and capers. Served over linguini.
Ny Strip Steak Au Poivre (12 oz)
New York strip steak crusted in whole peppercorns and seared to a tender finish. Served with roast garlic baby baked potatoes.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Ponce Bistro this evening! Everything was superb and expertly prepared. The cuisine was so exceptional, we made another reservation before leaving, to introduce our friends to this place!

Delicious dinner in front of a cozy fire. Warm ambience and welcoming, attentive owner. This was our second time dining at Ponce, and we look forward to our next visit. Apparently, breakfasts here are amazing!

Best restaurant in Manchester, hands down. Like pork chops? Don't like pork chops? Whatever you do, try the choppiest, porkiest, tastiest, juiciest chop ever at Ponce. Or anything else - it's all good.
