My son and I had dinner here yesterday and were very impressed. Everything we ate was fantastic but the green tea crème brûlée was to die for. My son said it was the best crème brûlée he has ever eaten. We will be back and I will definitely be picking up takeout on those late work nights.

Umami - Manchester...Sweet and gloopy.
Their $11 spring roll is a singular, poor, small and tasteless rendition. Promoted as including shitake mushrooms, scallions, cabbage and vermicelli, ours unfortunately only included cabbage and one lonely string of carrot. Paired with the sweet and gloopy sauce... we felt disrespected.
On their appetizer menu, they list the number of pieces...

We’ve had really good takeout from Umami but having their food in-house is even better. We ate at the bar tonight, enjoyable bartender, fast service, and excellent food! The soup dumplings, spare ribs, spring rolls, and crab Rangoon were all delicious! Compared to other food offerings in the area, Umami goes to the top of the list!
