Every time I go up here feels very cozy like an attic.
Has been open over 40 years. Was very good just as it was 20 years ago.
We had a delicious breakfast! Cash only so read the signs as you enter. Street parking was easy. We waited about 20 minutes for a table on a Sunday morning. The place is quaint, small and crowded but the food makes it all worth it ! Hands down the best Belgium waffle! Up a steep flight of stairs if you cannot walk up the flight I do not recommend this restaurant.
First time ever to try the fluffiest, softest and rich pancakes with the best maple syrup in town. The venison was quite juicy cooked at the perfect temperature. It took about 15 minutes to be Served with wait was totally worth it. One of the waitresses had the best smile ever, I hope this gets conveyed. However, Place is a bit crowded so keep it in mind if you’re claustrophobic :p
Visited Manchester for a wedding and went to the Up For Breakfast. Our food was so delicious we went back the next morning. Highly recommend.
Sooo delicious; cozy atmosphere; great service!
Super good the pancakes with the syrup and butter is fantastic I would definitely go here again one of the best breakfast places ever
We were looking forward to eating here until we saw a sign on the door cash only. This is so archaic in the modern society. People carry cards not cash. My thoughts is if you don't like paying the card fees that we all do why do you have a business especially since your listed prices are not that much different from everybody else who takes cards. Please get out of the stone age.
The best breakfast we’ve ever had. Excellent food, generous portions and friendly service. A regular stop when we’re in the area.
Amazing place overall

Worth the wait, as they are always very busy. Wild turkey hash is amazing. They had a special sausage on the menu - pheasant and cognac. I had that as well, and it was probably the most tasty piece of sausage I have ever had. Really great food.

Stopped here on my way up from Albany. Jess (server) was great and even provided a serenade unsolicited to any of the restaurant that could hear her. We have the same music taste so I enjoyed it. Great pancakes and eggs Benny! Bring cash - cards aren't accepted.

The food was great! I had the pull apart bread French toast. No complaints. The seating is very tight so plan to get acquainted with the person next to you. My biggest disappointment was the hot cider they have on the menu. It was hot water with flavoring. If you're going to offer cider in Vermont in the fall, it's got to be the real thing!!
