It was so nice to visit an ice cream factory. As if you were back in your childhood.

Nice little stop after backpacking for 5 days. Just glad to have some cold creamy food that doesn’t come out of a box. They had 4 vegan choices.

Small and easy to find. Staff and offerings are incredible! I only gave 4 starts because the seating options aren't the best. Kinda hoping someone sees this and adds some because that is the *only* think lacking

Always a must-have when visiting Manchester in the summertime!

Since the portion size is extremely small, my husband and I ordered a hand-packed pint of ice cream at the outdoor location in Manchester, Vermont. ($9 vs. $6 at the supermarket). The young employee only partially filled the pint container. I reqested that she fill the pint container level with the top. She argued with me at first and then pretended to fill the container behind the counter but did not. I discovered the deception when I arrived at home. It begins at the top. Shame on Ben and Jerry's for their lack of employee training and customer service. We will not return.

So this review is for the Ice Cream cart they hosted at our wedding this past weekend. I cannot rave enough about it. Our guests LOVED it! A true Vermont classic that I would recommend to everyone getting married in the area. It was affordable and worth every penny!! John was amazing to work with to set up all the details! 10/10 recommend!!

Doesn’t have a huge amount of vegan options, but the non-dairy graham cracker ice cream they have is really delicious!

Its good but we never make it there.

They really need to be open longer. People want to get ice cream after dinner in the summer.. I think they're missing out on a lot of business.

Nestled in the picturesque town of Dorset, Vermont, Ben and Jerry's stands as a beacon of indulgence amidst breathtaking scenery. Surrounded by rolling hills and charming architecture, this location offers more than just delicious ice cream—it provides an unforgettable experience that blends culinary delights with natural beauty.

The outdoor seating area, nestled among vibrant flowers and lush greenery, is the perfect spot to relish in their array of iconic flavors. From the creamy richness of Chocolate Fudge Brownie to the refreshing sweetness of Phish Food, there's a flavor to tantalize every taste bud. Each scoop is a testament to their commitment to quality and creativity.

But what truly sets this Ben and Jerry's apart is its staff. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. Their passion for ice cream is infectious, enhancing the overall enjoyment of your visit.

Dorset itself adds to the charm, with its idyllic streets and scenic views. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Ben and Jerry's is a must-visit destination. It's a place where great flavors meet great vibes, creating memories that linger long after the last scoop is savored. There's also so many other things to do in the area. You can make a day of it.
