When we got to the restaurant there was no one to get us. We were 15 minutes late for our reservation because we were busy switching rooms. I tried calling multiple times but they don't answer the phone. It was only my husband and I and another couple in the restaurant at 8:15 pm. The server brought out butter, three kinds but didn't tell us what they were but it didn't matter because the rolls were stale. I ordered the 1/2 baked chicken with mashed potatoes and garden vegetables. The green beans were good and the chicken was ok (definitely not a half of a chicken), the mashed potatoes were tepid. My husband ordered onion soup which he didn't like and beef carpaccio. The beef carpaccio came with stale bread toast but the beef was good. Not a place I'd eat again.

Food was bad. Fish took long to be served, after everyone was finished, and then came under cooked. The Filet Mignon just didn't taste good. The prices are high, and do not justify the quality. The chef did come over to apologize. I did appreciate that.

2 diners: filet was very good, NY Strip was not good ... lacked seasoning, and 1/4 was pure grizzle ... oysters very good ... lobster bisque was mixed ... broth was very flavorful but lacked advertised 3 oz of lobster meat ... our waitress was great ... I believed the manager came by and asked, I gave him this feedback, his response was “blank” and walked away

The food was not great. Steak was over cooked and expensive. Pasta was greasy and not flavorful. We were expecting it to be a lot better.

After a slow start being seated and inattentive service, the waitstaff picked up their game and the rest of dinner was acceptable. Although I hadn't specified the fact we were ordering on the date- ight menu with special pricing (I thought it was evident by what we ordered) we were accommodated with the special pricing.

Maxine was very nice and did her best. This hotel and restaurant needs to get management figured out. We think she was the only server on for at least 10 to 12 tables and while they had plenty of food runners, there was not a manager supporting what seemed to be a seriously understaffed server situation by someone calling in sick or something of that nature. No music was playing and it felt a little stale because of that. The food was good, but the lobster bisque was lacking. Avoid that product, especially at $17. Steaks were good, but one was substantially overcooked. Overall, we had a really good time with friends and want to be positive but they need a general manager that knows what they are doing and can execute better than what we received, and it appears many others have as well.

The food was ok, but pricey for what you get. My husband ordered the oysters, but ended up sending them back as they were dry, indicating not fresh.

Our waitress was so nice! Food was really delicious! During the end of the meal though, our coffee was never brought to the table and we never got to order more drinks. Kids were getting restless so unfortunately had to leave.

Very bad experience from the Maître d' station, to the service, to the food. We made reservations but when we arrived there was no one to seat us until we went to the bar and asked. We were told to sit anywhere so we went into the dining room and were hastily told we couldn't sit there and were banished to the bar and the sounds of the blender and drunks arguing if scotch and bourbon where the same--so much for a romantic diner. The bartender became our server for a time but the food was thrown on the table by someone we'd not seen before--the appetizer only showed up on the bill, never made it to our table. The food was inedible. The meat was mostly grizzle and flavorless to point we could not finish. After waiting some time for the check we again returned to the bar to pay. We told the bartender about he appetizer only to be challenged with, "well I put it in!" Eventually we sorted it out but we will not return again.

Service was awful. Impossible to get servers attention. Food was mediocre and expensive for what it was. Dated atmosphere.

Food for the price was terrible. My wife and daughter order Filet Mignon and it was hard as a rock terrible. Would not recommend. Price was rediculous. Never go there again Spent 350.00 waste of money

They need to work on the serving aspect of it all. Food coming out to fast. Cold room not comfortable.

Food was so below expectation. Pork Chop was dry and boring. Wife had the pappardelle that had little flavor and 3or for tiny pieces of grislily filet.

I started off with the lobster bisque. It was thinner than most biscuits that I've had but the flavor was excellent there was a fair amount of lobster meat probably a look to be two claws and a little bit of knuckle meat added into which you usually don't see in a bisque. Flavor was definitely spot on. Richard had the salad which he enjoyed very much is very fresh, nice dressing. For the means he had the sable fish which is the same thing as black cod. I have the filet mignon which is excellent it was grilled perfectly came in a nice Bordelaise sauce. Overall a very nice meal.

Service was not good for what you pay for. Food was good but didn't seem worth it due to slow and inattentive service.
