Our waitress was so nice! Food was really delicious! During the end of the meal though, our coffee was never brought to the table and we never got to order more drinks. Kids were getting restless so unfortunately had to leave.
Very bad experience from the Maître d' station, to the service, to the food. We made reservations but when we arrived there was no one to seat us until we went to the bar and asked. We were told to sit anywhere so we went into the dining room and were hastily told we couldn't sit there and were banished to the bar and the sounds of the blender and drunks arguing if scotch and bourbon where the same--so much for a romantic diner. The bartender became our server for a time but the food was thrown on the table by someone we'd not seen before--the appetizer only showed up on the bill, never made it to our table. The food was inedible. The meat was mostly grizzle and flavorless to point we could not finish. After waiting some time for the check we again returned to the bar to pay. We told the bartender about he appetizer only to be challenged with, "well I put it in!" Eventually we sorted it out but we will not return again.
Service was awful. Impossible to get servers attention. Food was mediocre and expensive for what it was. Dated atmosphere.
Food for the price was terrible. My wife and daughter order Filet Mignon and it was hard as a rock terrible. Would not recommend. Price was rediculous. Never go there again Spent 350.00 waste of money
They need to work on the serving aspect of it all. Food coming out to fast. Cold room not comfortable.
Food was so below expectation. Pork Chop was dry and boring. Wife had the pappardelle that had little flavor and 3or for tiny pieces of grislily filet.
I started off with the lobster bisque. It was thinner than most biscuits that I've had but the flavor was excellent there was a fair amount of lobster meat probably a look to be two claws and a little bit of knuckle meat added into which you usually don't see in a bisque. Flavor was definitely spot on. Richard had the salad which he enjoyed very much is very fresh, nice dressing. For the means he had the sable fish which is the same thing as black cod. I have the filet mignon which is excellent it was grilled perfectly came in a nice Bordelaise sauce. Overall a very nice meal.
Service was not good for what you pay for. Food was good but didn't seem worth it due to slow and inattentive service.
Awkward beginning. The restaurant didn't have our reservation even though we confirmed the reservation the day before. We were given a menu, but it wasn't the right menu so they brought a new menu. The waitress that took our order and the server who helped to bring the food were very nice. The food was disappointing. Bread stale. Steak, chicken and vegetables were ok. Crab cake appetizer was the best thing we ordered. Prices would have been appropriate for a high end restaurant or steakhouse. This was not high end.
Dinner was excellent. Maxine, our server, was wonderful. Ribeye was cooked perfectly, as were sides and apps, and dessert, NY cheesecake w/fresh berries, was delicious. Bartender Paige made the best cosmo in all of Manchester. We look forward to returning.

After meeting Chef Chris at the Falcon Bar, he provided an amazing dining experience for my husband and I. Our dinner at Chop House started with delicious appetizers (steak tartare and lobster bisque) and from there we enjoyed spectacular entrees, followed by dessert and coffee. The service was excellent and the food was superb. From the minute we sat down we were not only taken care of, but given time to enjoy our unique experience. It was a wonderful evening!
I normally do not leave a review but I was disappointed in the overall service from Thai beautiful resort. The wait staff was rude and given the space and the price the staff should be gracious.
Service was very slow and hard to find our waitress to order anything, including drinks. Not an overly friendly service staff. Food was okay - not as good as many other amazing restaurants we've been to in Manchester and surrounding towns in VT. We were in town for an event and the food at the event at Equinox was great. Was disappointed that the restaurant didn't hold up.
The entire experience was exceptional! Maxine our server is beyond compare - she is attentive and makes sure all is perfection! Chef Ricky has created a wonderful menu- with some extraordinary touches!! And all the staff couldn't be more attentive. From beginning to end - it was the best time and the food was superb! Don't dine here nearly enough !
