Service was not great food was eh and the drinks weren't great overall not a great experience here
My husband and I stopped by the Marsh Tavern for drinks a few times during our trip to Manchester. The bartender, Bryce, was so awesome. We had so much fun talking with him and he mixed great drinks (specifically his Vermont Old Fashioned). Highly recommend heading over to hang with Bryce!

Noise level high due to a large group in attendance at the bar ( ? Wedding event) Not enough staff to accommodate the large influx of people which overwhelmed the servers. Management should schedule large group events in other areas when The Marsh Tavern is in use for sit-down dinner reservations. The servers worked hard but are certainly not supported by the management. Dining experience of a quiet intimate evening in a tavern atmosphere was a disappointment; especially with the high price tag.
We had a wonderful dinner in the lounge of the Equinox hotel. Our entrees were delicious and our server very pleasant. I would have preferred the TV off, but I guess that's part of the bar atmosphere. We certainly will return,
The dinner service is being served in Falcon bar and on the deck this summer due to renovations. The servers passed by us for 15 minutes and only came over when I flagged one down despite specifically inquiring with them about dinner when we entered. Bread selection was cold and stale. The food was bland and not good. Go anywhere else in Manchester and you will enjoy a better meal.
Love food! Both options to sit outside on the Falcon Bar Deck or inside the Marsh Tavern restaurant. Delicious cocktail and medium fast service.

It's been a few years but this used to be a great place to get food and sit for live music. NOT anymore!! Menu is overpriced. We started with the bread service which was okay, but not $16 worth for sure. I ordered steak frites which was not cooked correctly and very grisly meat cut. Service never came back to check on us and I had to go in search of her for the check. For $139 dinner, this was a disappointment.
Great restaurant and amazing service. The food was delicious and our waitress Sophie was sweet, attentive, and helpful. We sat in the back on the falcon deck and the view of the mountain was beautiful. I highly recommend.
Marsh Tavern was a very convenient choice while staying at The Equinox, particularly after a long drive to arrive there. Te restaurant, like the rest of the hotel is feeling tired and in need of refreshing. The food was okay - nothing memorable or outstanding - good or bad. Wait staff were great - friendly and efficient. We would recommend if staying at the hotel or nearby.
I had the overcooked Wagyu meatloaf... not great. Overcooked but it was Christmas eve so there was no way I could get a re-fire

Stopped in for lunch on a rainy Tuesday. Staff was super friendly and very attentive. Great atmosphere and food. Would recommend.
A month or so after being there for lunch and looking at my charge statement referencing it
i said to my husband- wasn’t the equinox mediocre? He said “horrible”. Incredibly disappointing and not worth going to.
I had heard of the equinox for years.
Unwelcoming hostesses. Carpeted dining room. Asked for a piece of bread to go with a salad and got a hamburger bun.
Really poor lunch.
It is an old hotel in a downtown ( for vermont) setting. Not a charming- rather a shopping outlet ski town

It is a family tradition to visit the Marsh Tavern Veranda to celebrate my wife's birthday. This year it was equally enjoyable as past times. Sitting on the veranda in the summer with a view of the Vermont sky is always special. Our lunch selections were quite good. Service is fast and friendly.
Beautiful grounds! Really fun to see the grounds, and the exterior of this building. I know in my previous review I said the hotel is outdated, smelly and icky overall and I stand by that. The exterior and the grounds are chefs kiss!! So get a drink and hang outside. :-)
