The chef is terrific at creating surprising dishes from produce from farms and locations near Manchester, VT. Each dish is sophisticated, combining textures and flavors that surprise you at each course. The staff is welcoming and you must even when there is a chill to the air sit out at The Yard!
We came back our second morning in Manchester because we enjoyed the first visit so much. The breakfast toasts, pastries, and coffee were great. The yogurt parfait keeps you full all morning. The service was a highlight.
Maybe the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Coffee was delicious. The nice lady at the counter remembered us from the day before. And the vibes are perfect. 10/10 I’d come here every day.
