Impolite. Soggy dead fries and waited 18 minutes for one apple pie. Manager lied said they were bringing it out to me but it wasn't even in a bag..handed the apple pie to me not in a bag so it would get cold...crazy evening service.
Awful…. My 11 year old son ordered at 6pm still
Didn’t have his food at 6:35… I was on the phone with him and he had asked them about and and all I heard is “it’s coming” I absolutely understand being busy but this is not ok! All his friends received their food but not him. He ended up getting so frustrated that he just left.
They always pull me up, even if I have 2-3 things I’ve ordered and they’re simple. I can understand once in a while but I’d say 9/10 times. Then they give food to a line of cars. Idk why but that bugs me.
Also half the time I’ll try to use a coupon from the app and the person at the window says it won’t work and makes me pay full price, when the coupon def should’ve worked. Also atleast 5x in the last month I’ve ordered a plan quarter with CHEESE and I get a burnt...read full review
