For context; I've lived 8 minutes away from this location over the past 30 years. My review is mostly based between the time of 2018-2025.
The staff, managers, and owner are very nice. They also take pride in the Mcdonalds franchise experience. Out of most locations in this state, this still is the best one by far.
I will mention that around noon, pretty much every business in milton and georgia might grab food here, resulting in long wait times. But the food is always fresh, and has a sense of quality in their meal. Fries are always hot; never redunked and they know plastic straws are still part of the peak customer experience.
I suggest going here outside of The Noon-1pm timeframe if you want your food really quickly. Even when busy, they never drop the ball.

mcdonald’s, if i order apple pie and you’re out, please for the LOVE OF GOD just give me my money back. it’s more then half the time i order apple pies i don’t get them, yes it’s only 3$ but when you add up how many times this has happened. i won’t eat any other pies i only like apple, it’s a waste of money and i won’t eat it, so please if i order apple pie i won’t be upset if you’re out as long as you just give me the 3$ back and not GIVE ME PIES I WONT EAT

Quite possibly the slowest McDonald's 5hat I have ever visited. The food took over an hour for the last 2 times served. This is not acceptable and this store has set lowest possible bar when it comes to fast food. Save your money and go somewhere that is prepared for you

One. It’s vermont. Vermont sucks for food in general and fast food restaurants have horrible wait times because no one here has any sense of urgency. That being said, this one is PARTICULARLY BAD. I waited one time a half hour for a cheeseburger, fries and some nuggets. After all that time I got a bag that was missing a burger. This was with about 10-12 VISIBLE people working and a few managers. Avoid at all costs
Food and fries are ALWAYS cold even when you ask them to make it fresh, also got a flat Fanta.

If you were looking for fast food, don’t stop here. This is the opposite. If fast food was slow food, this McDonald’s would be the slowest restaurant to eat at. And the Dunkin across the street is worse. You would be better off shopping at Hannafords, buying the ingredients to make breakfast or lunch, driving home, and making it yourself. It would be faster. Guaranteed.

They have really small sausage burritos for right at 3 dollars each . Doesn't seem like a good deal . That's the cheapest thing McDonald's has . Still getting less and paying more at McDonald's ! Yay !

Went through drive-thru during a rush, service was great, i got helped by Richard whom was very patient. Although the Fries were old, n bland, while rest of the food was too bad for being so overpriced.
