Updating my review to all 5 stars. This location has consistently proven they care about and know their customers. It's always clean and the staff is always incredibly friendly. I truly feel this store is the gold standard of the chain. Roger and team rock!

Long haired guy working alone tonight moved super quick during a 5pm rush and made some nice subs. The chicken that comes on the chicken bacon ranch is weird now idk why you dont get the big oven roasted pieces.

Not sure how this place is still open. The customer service is terrible.
I went in yesterday for 2 sandwiches, I had placed an online order so I was just picking it up. When I got there it was not done. Fine by me, I was in no rush. A customer in front of me of me asked for extra onions and they gave him 2, I’m not kidding 2, not a slice but like the pieces and he asked is that extra onion and the employee said yes if you want more I have to charge you $1 more! Both the customer and I were shocked. I’ve never heard that before.

Now it’s my turn and they are working on my sandwich, I ask for extra onions and bell peppers and I got 1 piece! I asked them when they started doing this and he insisted it’s been that way from the beginning…I’ve had subway from many different places throughout the country and this state and no one ever got stingy with the onions!

Their customer service is awful, it just ruins everything. I’m not eating there again! I’m unsure they won’t miss my money!

Very disappointed with the service here. I was working when I had ordered a Subway sandwich and realized I had ordered it to the wrong location. I then tried to call the Milton subway to let them know that I’ve placed the order in the wrong place and I would like a refund if possible. I had tried to call them four different times and they did not pick up any of the times. When I finally was able to contact them, I was denied a refund because the food had that too long. I had tried to reach out to them multiple times without any response or even a call back, And I was working, so had limited time to reach out. After my shift, I was able to get a hold of them and that’s when they told me that they would not help me out.

Overpriced, cold sandwiches even if you ask for them toasted. Slow service. They can't even make sandwiches correctly. Avoid.
