Not a bad place and the food prices are very reasonable. I gave 3 stars for service because they drop your food off and that's it. They will not look to see if you need refills on drinks. You would have to walk up with your cup. This happened three different times I went.

Always a pleasant experience, no matter the time of day or evening. Service is excellent. We are most often served by Kary. If time permits, we can chat with her. Even Ed, the co-owner, greets us with a wave. We have been patron of Zachary's for many years, both in the old location at the other end of the mall, and in the current location.

Don’t order through the website for delivery from the South Burlington location! They will charge your credit card … hand your food off to a DoorDasher (without telling you this in the order confirmation email) … hours later you will contact them asking about your order and they’ll tell you it’s not their problem and to contact DoorDash!
Ummmm, we don’t have any info on who you gave the food to or a number to contact!!!
They’ll tell you again it’s not their problem and that they’re “unable to credit the card you paid on”.
Wow. Solid customer service.

Take out pizza and a chef salad! Pizza was delicious...just a plain cheese pizza. The pizza sauce was delicious!
We order take out every once in a while from Zachary's, and it's always delicious. What gets us to go to the Milton location and get food, hang out, and order drinks, though, is the monthly stand up comedy they host. The stand up routines are funny, and we really look forward to going!
