Terrible staff at this location! After standing at the counter for 10 minutes, un-acknowledged by the dark haired lady with face piercings, who was mumbling and cursing under her breath I finally spoke up and asked if anyone was serving the counter. In response, I got yelled at and told I need to be patient, with the F bomb dropped again under her breath, but loud enough for all to hear. I turned and walked out, won’t be returning and I’m sure she doesn’t care. I know places get busy but when you’re serving the public all you need to do is smile and say “we’re very busy, but I’ll be with you in just a moment.” I don’t care how hard it is to find people to work, if that woman worked for me she would be fired. She is definitely chasing away more customers than she’s bringing back.

It doesn’t matter if I order everyday or once every 3 months from this location, something gets messed up every time and the wait is horrendous. Don’t waste your time on ordering ahead on the app… it still won’t be ready when you get there. Even if you chose a time 30 minutes out. As a former Dunkin’ Assistant Manager, this location needs help.

Absolutely the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. I kept hearing employees say very rudely to other customers that they were short staffed. Seems like a lie because they have more employees behind the counter than any other Dunkin I have been to. This place is pure chaos.

Please turn off mobile ordering. Allowing 30 orders to come in at once while people are physically standing in line is a horrible, counterintuitive system.

Waited 45 minutes for an online order I placed 30 minutes before arriving. The iced coffees were melted and they lost my donuts and had to redo them. I was met with attitude by 2 out of 4 employees when I asked about the donuts on my order and was told to go stand in line to get them. Another 25 minutes and I finally got our stuff. This location seems to always have issues with time management.

What is the point of paying for cold foam, if I don’t get cold foam. I don’t care if you’re busy, you guys need to learn to do your job correctly. This is the 4th time I’ve payed for cold foam just to not get it.

I arrived at 6:30 and ordered four half/caf coffees. They refused to brew a pot of decaf, as they were closing in a half hour. I just don't feel this is right. You're open - brew the coffee.

Cream cheese is meant to be oozing out the sides of a bagel! Not scraped on like it's butter! Why be so skimpy on the cream cheese?? I'll take money to a local shop instead

Spent 20 minutes waiting for 2 drinks and some munchkins, never gets the order right. If they’re out of something they refuse to tell you until you have been waiting for 15 minutes.
