Took order from drive-through. Two customer service representatives attempting to assist. Ordered latte after confusion around what I wanted clarified. Received price. $8.42 for triple decaf oat milk iced latte. Drove up to window. Waited a few minutes for someone to help me. Woman walked up to window with food in her mouth and said while she was still chewing, did you pay already? I asked how would I have paid? I just ordered in the drive-through. She said do you have your mobile app? I said no she said it’s 942.not worth engaging any further with the store. Zero care at all to standards of service. Not into it I will spend my money elsewhere.

In all my years in the service industry I have never encountered such terrible service. After wait 35-40minutes in the drive through and once we were at the chashout point I asked if we could have some type of discount for waiting so long. Kind lady at the window said she understood the question and wanted to check with her manager. This unpleasant lady with a bird-nest hair came to the window I again asked the question and her response was “ The average wait time in any drive-Thur is 40-45 mins your just like anyone else” as she was mumbling something prob Derogative as I was with my husband. Just Nasty Nasty, disrespectful service, what an embarrassment for the corporation. **My order 2 iced lattes with two loaded hash browns **

Don't go here if your planning on doing anything else for the rest of the day , did. Mobile order before I left my house , been waiting 20 min for my 6 doughnuts after my 10 min drive here
It's been a while since I've been to Dunkin donuts in morrisville and I guess it'll be longer after today half of my order was cold one employee wasn't professional and his hiogene with a joke being greasy and nasty it looked looked like it hasn't been cleaned for at least days come on your working with food all day oh and I understand they can't do anything about the app such a joke it wouldn't redeem my rewards I've earned

Service was abismal, I walked in and they informed me they were only taking on the go and drive thru orders.OK. I sat down and placed an on the go order. Instead of starting the order the two employees started laughing, putting stickers all over each other, and throwing food. When I finally got my stuff the drink was wrong and the bagel bites were still frozen.Terrible

Unfortunately since new ownership service has gotten slower, don't usually go inside to order bit lately ots alot faster to do so. Saw employees throwing food at each other today and just talking while lines are super long ? need more workers which I know is hard to come by
