I come here often. There are employees who are professional, kind, and awesome. There is one particular employee who ALWAYS gets my order wrong. Nothing that I would ever complain about normally, but I can't consume caffeine. It's a medical condition. Each time this employee makes my coffee - it is caffeinated. Which I won't know until after I've ingested it. It seems utterly indifferent and apathetic and that they have zero pride in the job they do. Never mind dangerous!

poor attitude and customer service especially through drive through, also not to mention you’re still in drive through for 20-30 minutes just for a single coffee.ms. whoever tf worked drive through today, with red dyed hair, you suck and you succeeded to make my day worse with your awful attitude.

Routinely receive poor quality service. Each time I go and order the same drink, it comes out completely different. There is very little consistency about this location. Also, the drive threw is incredibly SLOW compared to most other locations. I do merit that the employees are typically very kind and genuinely seem to be trying; but they just don't have enough training or guidance.

I love DD. And this one--despite how busy it often is--is always staffed by good folks.I see a whole lotta complaints about how slow the service is, and how it's always busy, but too few about how the employees work their butts off. If you can't wait--don't. If you can get it faster somewhere else--do. The employees here have way more patience and kindness than many of their customers deserve.

This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. This place is horrible managed. The 3 people working out front were not placed efficiently. I heard one of them rudely refuse service to several different people who came to the counter. She stated they were only serving drive-through and mobile orders due to not enough staff. I have seen more done with less staff at other Dunkins. If they are too busy to serve everyone, then shut off mobile ordering. I waited for my mobile order way too long and then had to ask someone to complete the order. There was what could only be assumed as a manager out back that just stuck his head out and told people they were too busy and not taking orders at the counter. I for one will never be back to this Dunkin.

The absolute worst! Dunkin brand needs to be warned that this place is beyond horribly managed. Minimum 30 minute drive through line only to be greeted by some obese slacker who’s literally making jokes through the drive through causing it to only go slower. My hash browns once again came smashed under my sandwich and I only got 5 when there’s supposed to be 6 for the 4th consecutive day!!!! This place owes me money at this point! The owners name is Aristotle from what the employee told me (another lie I’m sure) however if this is true, I will be on the phone with Dunkin corporate making my last week of visits known and I won’t let this go until this place gets shut down. An absolute disgrace.
