As someone who has lived around here my whole life and has dined here numerous times and works in this industry, I am actually very unimpressed with the food and service. We were never checked on after receiving food, never asked if we wanted drink refills; had to ask for water as she walked away from another table. Both burgers ordered to our table were very well over cooked and so were the fries served with one burger. Never got served the cranberry sauce with the chicken and biscuits but was served coleslaw that was basically imbedded into the potato’s, and leaking out of the cup into the meal, along with gravy dripping down the side of the dish, making the presentation very sloppy. Just overall a very unimpressive experience, especially saying there was maybe 3-5 tables in the entire restaurant.

Eddie was our server, he was very attentive and took pride in where he works. Food was amazing. We will be back again. Thank you for a wonderful lunch.

Parking: Easy parking and nice shopping place also. Nice to be 15 minutes from Canada ❤️

Been going here for about 6 years, staff is always attentive and nice, the food is always great, and the restaurant is always super clean and bright. With a great view of the lake to top it all off. Eastside is always a winner.

Food was delicious, some menu items were in the $30 range, but it was for dishes that normally come with a high price tag. There were also plenty of good dishes in the $15-$20 range. Waitstaff were awesome, prompt, kind, and approachable. It was a little loud for my taste, but it was understandable since they had a large party that was also a surprise party.

Ruben, ravioli, chicken tenders, artichoke dip, and fried cheese curds tried and awesome!

Kid-friendliness: High chair available. Cup with closed lid and good straw. Crayons and coloring sheet. No problems with my 3 year old.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Ramps leading directly to the front door.

Ready to go back next year. Autumn less activities, no boats... But each season are differents so I will try each of them if I can and cross the border again. I'm Canadian 😊

We would give East Side a million stars. EVERYTHING was fabulous.
Very cool atmosphere. Our server, Sharon, was literally one of the best servers we have had in a VERY long time. Truly enjoyed her energy, her friendliness, her ability to forecast our needs and exceeded all expectations! Finally, the food was delicious!!! All 6 of us devoured our meals.
The only complaint: the front shop/bakery should stay open to accommodate all guests. The lady behind the counter was not very friendly.

Portions are uneven for cost, some cost much less for tons of food and vice versa, but don't miss out on the confectionery store attached

When I ordered Habanero Shrimp appetizer, they told me that they were out, but the chef could make a substitute for me. Wow, it was amazing. 5 enormous shrimp, lightly breaded and fried to perfection with a chipotle sauce to boot plus coleslaw and a brew, yeah.
