Sunday lunchtime, and they were packed! I sat at the counter after a short wait. Even though they were extremely busy, I still got good service. I had the chicken and biscuits special, and it was good and hearty. The pies looked mighty tempting, but I didn't have any more room. I love small, out of the way diners like this.

Ordered the Country Fried Steak, so 😋 the homemade gravy was perfect ! Came with a side of toast and I chose the homemade wheat and it was the best bread ever!!! As I waited I saw the thickest Waffles , I will definitely return to order these and I live 9 hours away! Service was wonderful. The only negative , it was really hot inside. The atmosphere was 💯 nostalgic diner. Fresh baked goods also !!!

Took my sweetie Martha out to her namesake diner. Fine welcoming service, rapid coffee, good hot food. We’ll eat here again. I worked in hotels for ten years, and have read the FEW poor reviews. There’s no room for any more workers. Sometimes the ONLY waitron will be busy!

Overcooked omelette. Apparently their “western” omelette is just ham and onion. Food was pretty terrible and our server seemed overwhelmed the whole time. Don’t understand the great reviews.

What a hidden gem! Martha’s Diner is the perfect spot for breakfast, brunch, or dinner if you’re coming down to the U.S. from Canada. The prices are great, the food is even better, and you absolutely can’t go wrong with the blueberry pancakes!
