This place turned downside up. Before this was renovated, the floor was old and dirty looking. Staffs were not trained for customer service and does not know the menu. Now, their crew is great and could help you out, they got the customer service attitude too! And as a plus, the place was clean and aesthetically better looking!
Their crew is extremely rude and has terrible customer service. My mother in law and myself ordered off the app and were told it would take 15 mins. When we showed up at our appropriate time we were told by an extremely rude women that it would be another 20 mins. Then I was told that she "didn't have to make" my sandwich. The customer definitely doesn't seem to come first at subway. They really need to work on their customer service.
