My wife and I almost went to the Taco shop down the street but we decided to come here instead and we made the right choice. Tavern On The Hill is such a wonderful place, we had a great lunch and a couple drinks and had a blast. The bartender was hilarious and made the experience even better. Tavern offers Gluten Free items and I had no issues after. We loved the atmosphere and had a good time with staff and other patrons.

I was there on October 18th and had nachos and the jumbo wings. The food was great - the beer was good (I asked the server to give me something local that she recommended and it was a great choice.) The service was okay, but the place was packed so it was good all things considered. They had live music while I was there and it was great too. Prices are also very fair. I would recommend and will be back when I'm in Vermont next.

Nice little bar... food was good, and the bar stayed full of guests, eating and drinking. Could definitely tell it was a small town social area. Would definitely recommend if you're on vacation and looking for comfort food.
