Two Heros Grill And Tiki Bar

Drove 55 minutes to this place (FB page said they were open at 11). Arrived at 1pm and they were closed due to staffing issues. Said they were opening at 2pm. Checked FB again and at 12:30 they posted an update on hours…while I was already driving there. That’s absolutely terrible management and I will not be visiting again.

My husband and I went to Two Heros Grill last evening we had a great time. Staff was very friendly The place was packed and the bartender did a great job everyone seemed happy. Had the fish and chips it was good we will definitely go back.

Unfortunately this place should be packed every day during the summer but is empty. They have no staff to run food, have cut their menu off (minus steamed hot dogs and popcorn to keep their cabaret license) and usually are out of most alcohols and beers. I hope they survive the pandemic but I am not so sure...

Our first server failed to complete our drink order. We waited 40+ minutes to find out our drink order was lost. Our second server, took initiative and proceeded to place our food order and check the status of our drinks. The bartender corrected the issue as soon as she was informed without hesitation. Food was delivered in a timely manor but fries on 3 dishes were cold and the burger orders were all wrong. We worked with the lack of availability of food but were highly disap

Food was okay, but I have never seen an atmosphere so rude, disrespectful and employees not holding customers accountable. There were a group of people that should have never been served prior to entering the restaurant, not only were they served but kept serving them. The language was unacceptable and how they treated the wait staff was not acceptable and should have never entered the restaurant.

Food is not exceptional but good. Sandwiches burgers and the like. The fish and chips is our favorite. Nice and crisp. What is special is the place. An open restaurant and bar right on the waterfront and at the end of a dirt road, free of traffic, cars at least. Boaters predominate, but it’s such a pleasant place, and the staff is so friendly. If you’re near the islands and want a different experience from the Burlington bustle, it’s worth the trip (we bike out there from South Hero. It’s a nice bike ride also)

We visited the Tiki Bar for dinner and because of COVID-19 we had to make a reservation which was super simple to do, either online or on the phone or in person. We arrived on a Saturday night and the restaurant was busy but everything was COVID-19 safe of course! We were greeted by a friendly hostess and we were seated immediately. Prompt service from the waitress as well. The food and drinks were excellent, fresh and tasted delicious! I had a huge lobster ceaser salad which was THE BEST!! With waterfront seating, friendly staff and a super relaxed atmosphere, I would highly recommend this place for a night out or a simple lunch. Come by boat or car. A sweet spot on Lake Champlain.

Was awesome food and drinks got the yummy rummy so good I took one to go for camp. Staff was excellent

We planned on arriving this evening with friends, via jet ski but I accidentally made the reservations for a week out... they were very accommodating and did what the could to let us stay, even though they were fully reserved. Good food, good drinks, very pleasant staff! We were very thankful. I will always recommend.

Coming from Lancaster Pa. on motorcycle to visit friends my fiancee and I decided to take a ride and explore the islands on Champlain Lake. We stopped here for a bite to eat and a drink. The chicken salad and Salmon dinner was amazing and our waiter Justin couldn't have been better. We would highly recommend this to be a stop if your in this area of Vermont.
