The employee acted like we were bothering her...thought about ordering food but her attitude said no. Got ice cream instead...maybe she was new, and the ice cream was leaning off the cone had to request a bowl.

Stopped for an early Spring creamee. Looks like a cool place.

Stopped in today and got the meat loaf sandwich special... AMAZING! Probably the best one I have had ever. Go check out this awesome store and all of their yummy breakfast, lunch and dinner specials. Fresh baked goods always in the cases too! The staff is always so nice too! Keep doing what you folks are doing!

We had GREAT breakfast sandwiches from here! Loved that they had gluten free bread as an option as well. The inside was very nice and the prices were very fair, even cheap compared to Manchester area. Great option so close to Lake St Catherine!

Stopped here twice in one day last week! First with a bigger group for lunch before a hike and then again afterwards for creemees. Staff was pleasant and quick to great us. The food was flavorful and portions were generous in my opinion. Staff let us sample the maple and espresso twist. Yum. Always happy to stop here when passing through.

$8 for a slice of okay cheese cake is ridiculous. The prices here are crazy.

Tried three times..it's just not worth the price. Final straw was a Chicken Caesar salad for 15 bucks and getting not even a handful of chicken and the dressing tasted like it had been sitting out for days.

Was so excited to try the taco salad today but when I got back home to eat it. The chicken was pink and didn’t looked cooked.
Here is a picture of the chicken.

So my family recently purchased a home walking distance to this cafe. We’ve been in several times now. Food has always been good but the service is, honestly, horrible. The woman who sits behind the register doesn’t bother to even look up and say anything. The first time we wandered the small store for about 15 minutes before anyone even came out. Figured it was off season so didn’t think much of it.
Went in again and had similar experience. Lady never looked up and we were where confused where to place a food order. Figured it out and we got some great meals.
Fast forward to tonight. Memorial Day weekend. Saturday night. We looked on the Facebook page and were excited to see ice cream and the food truck was open until 9. 8:30 we headed over to grab some ice cream. Food truck closed. Went to the ice cream window and the staff literally looked up at us, didn’t even acknowledge us and then went back to cleaning and closing the store. Even just coming to the window and saying we closed early because we were slow would have gone a very long way.
Needless to say we definitely have written this business off. We drove the 5 minutes to Stewart’s where they actually stay open until the time they say they will be.
We won’t be returning to the cafe since we basically feel like we’re bothering the employees are very time we go.

I loved my visit to the The Cluckin' Cafe & Cones Point Country Store today. Got a delicious taco salad made from really fresh ingredients, and picked up some beautiful earrings and a scarf made by the owner, who was lovely. The staff was very friendly and I love how close it is to Lake St. Catherine! I'll be back for sure!

Only leaving a 4-Star review because it’s obviously a small business and I don’t want to hurt their reputation because the food was delicious. However, the employees (specifically, a shorter brunette in a green sweatshirt) were extremely rude to both us and another employee who was clearly new and being trained. The new employee rightly walked out of that situation. The employees continued to bicker loudly amongst themselves, making all of us extremely uncomfortable. Bring back Sue (knew her name because we could hear everyone arguing) and fire that other girl. Your employees are ruining your business. My grilled cheese was 10/10 though.

Update 04/29/2024 — After reading the owner’s response to multiple reviews of this establishment from the last few days, it is clear that the problem is toxic leadership coming all the way from the top as they cannot seem to take responsibility for themselves and their employees, instead, choosing to make excuses and gaslight customers. Customers, I might add, that will not be back.

Was just disappointed I believe in fair chances so I even gave them 3 visits, not organized at all, inconsistent food product and don't bother calling ahead with a pick up time it won't be ready.

My friends and I stopped here on our way home to grab some breakfast for our 3 hour drive. The employees were incredibly disrespectful and screaming and arguing with eachother in the kitchen when we were all standing right there. There was a new employee in training who was trying her absolute best and another seasoned employee (shorter girl in green sweatshirt) working in the kitchen with her was so unbelievably rude and condescending to her when she would ask questions or make a mistake, it made all of us uncomfortable we almost left on the spot. The new employee was still learning and was very sweet and trying her best. She ended up walking out and leaving when we were there (as she should) because they were being so rude to her. Then the manager comes in and they are all screaming and swearing at eachother, honestly we could not believe that was actually happening when there were customers in there. For an employee to talk to their manager the way that they were is shocking. It was a very uncomfortable environment, very unprofessional, and not a good impression and for that we will not be back, even though our food was great.
