Super place for lunch! Excellent, local, fresh sandwiches. Really friendly staff! Thank you for a 5 ⭐️ experience ?!

Located directly across from the Quechee Welcome Center. Cute place, nothing fancy .You place your order at the counter and it's delivered to your table. We ordered a Rueben sandwich and a BLT sandwich along with a side of spiced potato wedges. Sandwiches are served with no sides. They were very good on fresh bread. A little pricey. Our bill for food and 2 beers was $43.

We stopped here on our way to and from Stowe from Boston and it was amazing both times! We had the Turkey and cheese, BLT and ham & cheese. The sandwiches were so fresh! We also got the fries which were so crispy and yummy and the blueberries which were so delicious as well. The place is very clean and cozy! Lots of spots to sit in the enclosed patio. Bathrooms were clean. The owners were also very sweet and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!!

I actually pulled over after eating my sandwich to review this because I liked it here so much I was afraid I'd forget to do so!Such a great little place. Looks like someone's house inside, sort of? Very cozy and charming. The BLT was outstanding, super fresh ingredients and excellent sourdough. And the sweet woman who took my order and gave me my takeaway was delightful. AND she gave me a cookie.Seriously, if you're in the area and aren't sure where to eat, avoid the tourist traps in the area and try here. It is exactly what you want a random "let's stop here!" Experience to be.

This place is on a main road so it isn't hard to find. But when you stop in you will just love the ambiance. It's a decent size place with very good food. We stopped in for lunch I order the BLT but on Rye bread (it needed a little more bacon) and my boyfriend order the Spicy Chicken sandwich. It came on a soft roll, each with a bag of chips and we shared a soda. This place is an owner operated restaurant. It was a little busy but very orderly considering there were only 3 people working. I loved the smell of the freshly made waffles. I wished I had tried one. The complimentary cookies on the way out were a lovely, caring touch! I loved our lunch and will definitely go back if I'm in the area.

Great avocado sandwich with a whole avocado! A little difficult to eat, but so delicious. Staff is super friendly, and was really working hard to serve everyone like us who came in for a lie lunch. Highly recommend.

We stopped here for lunch and were impressed by the sandwiches made with local ingredients. Our BLTs very great! This is a family owned and operated restaurant, which is what makes it so charming. Plus the wood-burning stove! And complimentary cookies on the way out. The perfect place to stop for breakfast or lunch!

Awesome food and super friendly service! Especially enjoyed the Vermont butter waffle with blueberries and maple syrup. A wonderful family restaurant for our family to visit. ❤️

I came in on Christmas, THE toughest day for a chef, and the prime rib was phenomenal! Perfection, love this family and what they do, keep cooking with love and it will all be great.???

I am a local and a regular. My friends and I enjoy the sandwiches and the salad greatly. We are so grateful that the place stays open all winter through when most of other local eateries are closed. I enjoy every minute of my time being here sitting either close to the warm and cozy stove, or on the sunny porch when the weather is nice, chatting away with my friends.

Look, this is the biggest tourist trap you will find in Vermont. The food is mediocre at best, the potato wedges were burnt, the bacon was floppy. Obviously understaffed but the staff were nice - I get it, places are having a hard time finding employees. But the food was not edible. Not many other options in the area.

I ate at this cute restaurant since it was the only place open in the area that had any options to speak of. I ordered the avocado sandwich without the aioli and it was delicious, with almost 1.5 avocados worth of avocado! It was really the only vegan meal option available on the menu and had to be modified. The sunroom area was a lovely place to eat, and I'm glad I found it since we were in the area to hike Quechee Gorge and didn't have a car.

This place is a gem. The staff was friendly and the food was great-especially the seasoned potato wedges! It was a perfect spot for lunch.

We really liked this little cafe. The food was terrific and the service friendly. They had a notice posted that they were understaffed, and I watched them handle that situation with great efficiency and a smile. Kudos to these folks, their delicious food, and their hardworking approach! Loved it.
