Went to the tasting room. Didn't realize it was in the store but it worked out perfect. We did the full tasting of all the wines. The gentlemen at the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. It's hard to find fruit wine that's not incredibly sweet but this was delightful. We each bought two bottles and really enjoyed it.

I went to the Putney Mountain Winery with a bunch of friends on our trip to Vermont. It absolutely exceeded expectations with their affordable $5 tasting of not only their wine but also their liqueurs. Kim walked us through each sip and went further in recommending a stellar restaurant in nearby Brattleboro. Kim was so friendly and kind to all five of us, even though she was in the midst of a tasting with another group. This didn't effect the attention she showed us in the slightest. We will be ordering their cranberry wine two months from due to how lovely the experience and the taste was. If you're in the area and would like a variety of dry to sweet fruit wines and liqueurs, please stop by and tell Kim hello for us!

Some of the best wines and fruity liquors Tucked away in the Vermont spot antique mall. Well worth the trip. From a sample to a full size bottle awsome flavor. Can’t wait until they start shipping to Michigan

This tasting room is located inside the Cabot Creamery store. It costs $3 for a full taste and is waived upon a bottle purchase. Think of this not as a winery as you would in the California style. It's a liqueur tasting that enhances the finer agriculture of Vermont. Ginger liqueur is wonderful- sweet with strong flavors and I already knew it would make wonderful mixed drinks. The chocolate liqueur was delicious as was the apple maple wine. All sweet so go with the perspective of how to enrich a wine based cocktail or a champagne cocktail. If you're a dessert wine lover it's definitely for you. We ended up buying ginger and apple maple. Go try out the tasting and decide for yourself!

We made a special trip visit this "winery". Although we went when it was supposed to be open, it was not. Also this is a tasting booth inside another store in a very touristy mall. Not a winery. The actual winery is about an hour or so south.

Just a small counter in the Cabot store wine with tasting in tiny plastic cups, no water to cleanse your pallet between wines. No grape wines only Apple, pear and rhubarb $3 [with purchase] to taste 6 different wines

Great experience wine tasting excellent fruit wine this weekend with Katy. We were skeptical at first, as we had tasted a few in past years in Vermont, and we're not impressed. These were by far, so superior to the ones we remembered, we bought a few to take home. Thank you Katy for your vast knowledge of All things Vermont and the business of wine making.
