Great place, friendly managers and decent service. Not usually into chain restaurants but being in Vermont it’s your best bet for decently priced food and service.

Krissie provided excellent service, attentive but not a bother. Very sweet. Food was delicious and fair priced. French onion soup was the favorite of the table, second was the spinach artichoke dip. Thanks for a great lunch!

I had not been to this restaurant in 10 years due to a bad experience but decided for my son‘s 39th birthday to give it another try… Once again totally disappointed and this is not to be mean but I call it like I see it… I ordered salmon and told them to make sure it’s cooked… Almost burn it… It came out cooked, but it was so boring. I had to salt it and pepper it to pieces just to get it to taste good…, corn had no butter… It was just a whole disaster of a dinner… My son only ate half his plate and this was his birthday… If it was any way to get my money back, I would… The only thing good about this Rutland restaurant is that we knew the waitress… Otherwise we’re never coming back… Going back to Applebee’s, where they never fail

So after an hour and a half playing phone tage and four orders later I was finally able to get some food from this worthless restaurant. Why the hell do you open the doors if you are out of everything and it takes over 15 minutes each time to let me know I'm not getting what I ordered to be delivered. This isn't through door dash or any other delivery service. It's through 99's delivery option. How do they not know what's left in the kitchen?

We went here for dinner. I was a bit disappointed at the fact that they were out of the Bud special beer, and the turkey dinner I initially tried to order. Setting that aside the dinners we ended up with were very good and reasonably priced. I had the country chicken dinner and my wife had the ribs. Both were great. Our waitress Kait was excellent and very professional and kind. It tends to be a bit noisy, but not too bad depending on other guests and where you sit. Overall we were pleased and would return.

Ironic to have this at the front of your restaurant when you have a big party show up and are too lazy to have a big table. Don’t come out and name countless things you are “out” of when your restaurant is damn near full. It’s one thing if you’re understaffed but at least be respectful about the way you speak to customers. Maybe take another look at the sign before you leave each night :)

Every time we come here it gets progressively worse, but it's 5 minutes from home so we keep giving it another chance. Last night finally took the cake. Placed an order for curbside for the very first time ($70) for steak tips, chicken tenders, and mozzarella moons and the only thing that was decent in the whole order was the moons. The chicken tenders were smaller than normal and overdone. The fries with them tasted like they had been sitting on a plate for hours, they didn't give us any utensils whatsoever to eat with, which not sure if that's normal or not but for $70 you'd think they would be decent and give some plastic ones. Steak tips were supposed to be medium and instead were very undercooked. The rice was actually quite good but you'd have to be a moron to screw up rice anyways. They gave us the wrong dipping sauce for the tenders, etc. I'm thankful the tip I left was only 15% because it was a huge waste of money. Every time we go there it's more and more of a let down. This is my first review of a restaurant I believe in years but I just can't fathom letting someone pay $70 for something that probably should've been thrown in the garbage.

I ordered take out from the 14.99 menu that is Monday thru Wednesday..I ordered a month ago& said I wanted it for 3:45..in which I called@3:00..I worked right across from the place but figured I would give enough time to have them prepare my food. I ordered chopped sirloin & baked potato & broccoli & all was ok..I get there@3:45& I ask for order & they say sorry we are out of chopped sirloin...I had given my cell# for them 2 contact me if any problems. Did they contact me...NO...

Sad what’s happened to this restaurant. Used to be our favorite. Now it’s empty, overpriced, rude servers, and mediocre food. A family of 5 shouldn’t have to pay $189 for burgers and sandwiches. The servers clearly don’t want you there. Place is freezing cold. There are better options in RUTLAND; I’d rather hit the Wendy’s drive through and eat in the parking lot than visit 99 again.
