I ordered curbside pickup and asked for the burger to be well done. The burger is raw and inedible. Horrible experience.

Picked up a meal for my pregnant wife tonight. Although she was hungry I couldn’t have her eat it. Rotten lettuce. The whole chicken sandwich smelled rotten. I would like to say the staff is stellar but would not recommend the poor standards of the food.

We’ve been to many different Applebees. We are pretty familiar with their food. This is no doubt the worst one we’ve been to. Half of the dishes were barely warm. Nacho was cold. Chocolate melt didn’t fully melt.

Our waitress Ryann was absolutely perfect made our night wonderful!
Waittress never checked to see how our food was. Never received an order of fried and food runner literally threw napkins at us. We told her we didn’t get an order of fries and she told us it wasn’t her job. Worst service ever!!! Food was great!

Nov 5th went. Kid had burger. Hair in burger. Almost puked.. never saw waitress again for refill billor to see if all was OK. Finally came by asked how it was told her about hair and how he couldn't eat it. She hands me the bill and walks off.. didn't leave a tip.. someone didn't have hair net or hair back. Guess you hVe to examine every piece of food on your plate
