I was in town for work, checked Google Maps for local spots, and Brix Bistro did not disappoint. Sat at the bar, and Peter took great care of me. I asked if he could make a mojito, and it was great. Peter recommended the cauliflower appetizer, which was a tasty alternative to the usual fried appetizers. He also suggested the salami and blue cheese paired with the Barbera. Everything was yummy and Peter is a great conversationalist. You should definitely check this place out if you're in town or driving through. Cheers!

Wonderful find in Rutland! The chaurterie board was amazing with locally sourced meat and cheeses. The Margherita flatbread and flour less chocolate cake was delicious. The owner was friendly and great to chat with. We will be visiting again!

We just went for cocktails and a plate of prosciutto and the staff was great The meat was excellent, will come back again for a full meal.
April 19, 2024 can’t say enough about this spot. The service, drinks, and dinner was over the top. What a find. We had some Spanish wine. Lots of apps. Meats, cheese, olives, Brie. Salads so fresh. Steak with local blue cheese and grain salad for the non meat eater! Sambuca and the best black coffee ever with NY cheesecake. Wow make a reservation
