I was in town for work, checked Google Maps for local spots, and Brix Bistro did not disappoint. Sat at the bar, and Peter took great care of me. I asked if he could make a mojito, and it was great. Peter recommended the cauliflower appetizer, which was a tasty alternative to the usual fried appetizers. He also suggested the salami and blue cheese paired with the Barbera. Everything was yummy and Peter is a great conversationalist. You should definitely check this place out if...
Wonderful find in Rutland! The chaurterie board was amazing with locally sourced meat and cheeses. The Margherita flatbread and flour less chocolate cake was delicious. The owner was friendly and great to chat with. We will be visiting again!
