It's just a Burger king. You don't go in there expecting beautiful service and wonderful food. However it is tolerably well done, even if they sometimes forget part of my order and the condiments at the drive up.

I order my sausage egg and cheese croissanwiches with no egg, and more than half the time I get a sandwich that is just egg and cheese. And I'm already home by the time I find out. Very disappointing

Just left the drive thru. It was slow. Guy helping was arrogant. I asked for a whopper Jr meal without cheese. He snidely told me they don't come with cheese. Ok. But when I opened my whopper Jr, it had cheese on it. He's lucky I'm not allergic to cheese. He's rude and is playing games with people's orders. Please retrain this arrogant boy. Food is otherwise good. I'll be back. But hopefully, he won't.

Completely got my order wrong but I was on a time limit so couldn’t do much waited 20 so minutes for dry cold food meat was dry as sandpaper and cold will not be back to this location

While we got the food and the first man who took our order was nice, the wait was annoyingly long. Then the woman who brought our food and had to make the shakes was very rude, and had been rude last time we were there. When we got the food, the fries were overturned and the shake had ice cream on the cup. To top it all off, we had to wait for the rude employee to remake a wrong shake and make a strawberry shake. In the middle of which, half of the milkshake machine had to be filled. All in all, maybe it was just bad timing but the rudeness of the staff and the mess of food made along with the wait made this an unenjoyable experience. Nice crown though.

I placed my order online for a whopper and double cheeseburger at 6:23. Standard fare. It's now 6:50, and they're not ready. I was ignored in the drive thru while the other lane was served. I chalked it up to technical difficulties and went inside to pick up my order. I was ignored again. I was never rude to the staff and received terrible service. Also, the restaurant smelled, and the kitchen area was dirty. Unacceptable all-around.

EDIT-I contacted support and was offered a $5 coupon for my next order. I can only use the coupon online, and $5 is less than the order value. It's better than nothing, so I accepted the coupon. But I'm less than satisfied.

Don't come here.

omg, i was just there, in rutland, soggy onion rings, loose milkshake, burnt burger, wtf, just lost my business, freakin management, get it together, on a sat at 2ish, wow. they need help, always happens rite before a fastfood goes down the tubes!!!not that i go alot, fact this is 1st time this year, my sisters treat, DISSAPOINTED!!!!!
