Every time I use the chipotlane (drive-thru) and I've ordered anything "extra" on the app, like extra salsa, they RARELY fulfill my request. Yet, going into the restaurant, the server is usually happy to oblige. Also, the chicken is WAY TOO SPICY. Why not let the customer add the spice??

7:00 pm on a Friday night, no white rice, no guacamole, no black beans, steak wildly overcooked, dry, rubbery, inedible. All of the tables were unoccupied and filthy. Some staff seemed to care. Others not so much. Will not be back. Other Chipotles so much better.

Consistently disappointing. I have come here a few times around 8:00 p.m., invariably out of at least one basic ingredient like fajitas. Store at this hour is reliably empty, sneeze guard reliably covered in smears. At least three employees standing around to cheerfully explain that the morning shift didn't prep enough. Manager should be embarrassed and/or retrained. I keep coming back in hopes that there will be a change because I usually like Chipotle's food, still no joy. Decided against ordering tonight so can't speak to how anything might have tasted.

We go to Chipotle quite often like 1-2x a month. The employees at the Chipotle in Rutland can be very rude. Specifically, there is one guy who demands for my ID every time I pick up my order. While I can understand this in a place like Rutland, there is no need to be rude about it. We went a couple days ago for something quick for dinner and the same thing happened. It's very off-putting. Build showing your ID into the culture so you don't have to be rude to your customers. Businesses like Chipotle don't stay long and if you alienate your customers you won't have any.

What happened to the customer always being right I went to chipotle last week I ordered a bean and cheese quesadilla and the worker said that it was against their policy to put beans on a quesadilla! Someone explain.

Had friends get the Food here & it wasn't Good. I haven't ever been inside BUT Wow Judges by the Pictures I will NEVER go in there OR Get Food From there Again.
