2 employees restocking paper goods with their backs to me, 1 running the drive up window and 1 working the kitchen. It took over 4 minutes for someone to greet me. The girl working the drive up window was buzzing around super busy and finally attended to me while the others seemed oblivious to the fact that I was standing there!

A little expensive, roughly 11 dollars for a coffee and grilled cheese but I won't be to rough since there's lots of ingredients. Takes kind of long but not enough to be mad about it. Kind of dirty

I don’t often write poor reviews, but they messed up the size of my drink the other day, I asked for them to correct it, not a big deal, I wait there for 10 minutes for them to fully refund the last drink, then charge me the 40 cent difference, it absolutely cost them more in labor to correct this than it was worth.
I go in today, and they give me the wrong drink completely, and I didn’t have time to even comment, nor the care; just one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a chain in a long time.
This Dunkin CONSISTENTLY gives the best service. ALWAYS gets my drinks and food right and in a timely manner. Drive thru staff are friendly. Walk-in staff are friendly. It's CLEAN and newly renovated. Fabulous establishment. Zero complaints.
