The first order they forgot my orange juice. The second order they forgot to put the cheese on the sausage egg and cheese croissant. The third time the garden roll up was as hard as a brick! When I called to speak to a manager, I was told "It is only cheese. They should do better next time". How about that?! He should be fired.
Here is a news flash.....THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME! Three strikes.....your out. DO NOT PATRONIZE BRANDON VT DUNKIN DONUTS. You will be throwing your money away. Now, Rutland VT Dunkin is great.

What can go amiss on a visit to Donuts? Lots.... But the day I went the workers were happy, cheerful, and helpful. Food came out fast, coffee was excellent. Not much of a view if you're dining in - just traffic - but clean and adequate spaces.

This is a nice Dunkin. The people are friendly and the coffee comes out quickly.
Every time I've been here I've always been served by polite people and even when there's a line to the road the wait time was very quick. They have never messed up my order either. This is the best location in the Rutland area by far and the cleanest.

Got a jelly donut, cashiers finger print was in it had a 1/2 ounce of jelly, donut was old, got 3 pounds of coffee that is a good price. I waited at counter for quite a few minutes when there was no customers at in in place, had coffee in counter young kid said what can I help you with I laughed and pointed at coffee.
