I did a phone order like I do every day but this am I needed to use the restroom and the lady unlocked it for me and when I went in there, I wanted to just turn around and walk right back out. The walls were so disgusting with Phil. It looked like somebody had pooped all over the walls all over the toilet, there were cigarette butts all over the floor. There were toilet paper spread on both sides of the toilet. Nothing had been washed at all. I’m sorry I went inside and it scares me to even wanna go to the Dunkin’ Donuts again knowing the condition of the bathroom what is the condition to where they make the coffee?

I attempted to order two items that they were out of stock of and was on the post stating they were out of stock and the gentleman on the speaker didn't get even the slightest bit upset at my own ignorance. Took our corrected order and we headed to the window. standard ice coffee and two blueberry doughnuts couldn't go wrong thanks for being open on Christmas Eve
This location blows. Woodstock avenue one is much better.
Always real rude here and mess up occasionally.

This Rutland store thinks Apple filled donuts are apple fritters which they are not, apple fritters don't have apples inside, plus never cooked all the way thru

Both bagels BURNT! They were supposed to be light toasted!!! Never received 25ct munchkins paid for!! Items were delivered so I only got back my delivery fee!!!! Super pissed!!!!!!!
