If I could give the service 0 stars I would. The lady making the sandwiches coughed into her hand then the back of her hand and didnt wash her hands. When told she should due to health reasons she argued she wasn't touching food just handing it out. She eventually went over and washed then but then continued to walk over to every employee and talk/giggle about it as if we were in the wrong. Do not use this store.

So whenever I order iced coffee I ALWAYS get (well ask for) cold foam. Half the time I get it, half the time I don’t. Now you may say “why don’t you ask them to put it on”? Well my friend, whenever I have done that I get eye rolls, sighs, and just made to feel like an annoyance for asking for what I paid for. I’ve given up correcting it when it’s wrong because it ALWAYS seems to be annoying to staff. I understand fast food isn’t easy, and I know people make mistakes. It just irritates me when I pay 70¢ extra for cold foam and then it’s not added on. This morning I had a mobile order and I selected Cold foam. My boyfriend picks it up and brings it home (30 minutes away) and they yet again forgot my cold foam. They didn’t even have it on the ticket, I checked the app and I did in fact select adding cold foam, so yay. (And yes I know cold foam seeps in and disappears, I’m familiar with that because of living 30 minutes away, that’s not the case here, it wasn’t even added in the first place). I would just like to receive what I am paying for or get my 70¢ back. In these times you need every penny you can get. Staff, please just read the orders more thoroughly. Other than this, I love this dunkin and don’t have any problems. I’m just tired of losing money and not getting what I paid for.

I did a phone order like I do every day but this am I needed to use the restroom and the lady unlocked it for me and when I went in there, I wanted to just turn around and walk right back out. The walls were so disgusting with Phil. It looked like somebody had pooped all over the walls all over the toilet, there were cigarette butts all over the floor. There were toilet paper spread on both sides of the toilet. Nothing had been washed at all. I’m sorry I went inside and it scares me to even wanna go to the Dunkin’ Donuts again knowing the condition of the bathroom what is the condition to where they make the coffee?

I attempted to order two items that they were out of stock of and was on the post stating they were out of stock and the gentleman on the speaker didn't get even the slightest bit upset at my own ignorance. Took our corrected order and we headed to the window. standard ice coffee and two blueberry doughnuts couldn't go wrong thanks for being open on Christmas Eve
