So whenever I order iced coffee I ALWAYS get (well ask for) cold foam. Half the time I get it, half the time I don’t. Now you may say “why don’t you ask them to put it on”? Well my friend, whenever I have done that I get eye rolls, sighs, and just made to feel like an annoyance for asking for what I paid for. I’ve given up correcting it when it’s wrong because it ALWAYS seems to be annoying to staff. I understand fast food isn’t easy, and I know people make mistakes....
I attempted to order two items that they were out of stock of and was on the post stating they were out of stock and the gentleman on the speaker didn't get even the slightest bit upset at my own ignorance. Took our corrected order and we headed to the window. standard ice coffee and two blueberry doughnuts couldn't go wrong thanks for being open on Christmas Eve
Only complaint is the it time but that is expected due to low staff because nobody wans to work. Those that do be kind as they are the ones motivated to show up and work with short staff establishments.
