this place sucks how do u get paid to make food and not even get orders right? literally ordered a avocado toast with bacon(which it says this on the receipt) and dont even get the bacon on it that u have to pay more for. and you put 2 1/2 pieces of bacon on a sandwich. this place is a joke if u want your food made right go to the one on woodstock or by the bowling alley

Had to wait in line so long because of one customer that I left. If a customers order is taking more than a couple minutes they should tell them to park and come inside and not hold up the line. I will not go to this location again. This is about toe 20th time I have been stuck waiting at this location. There are several others in the area that do not have this issue.

It's true, "America Runs on Dunkin". I needed my caffeine fix and we were in the area; this was the first one we saw. Of course, I whipped out my Dunkin app, check for any deals, place an order, and pick up the order at the drive through. I got a cold brew with sweet foam and cream; the order was perfect and it woke me up from my tired spell. The customer was good and it's actually a gas station too. Overall, a good place to get some caffeine!

The ladie Emilee that was there today was rude and I did not even get the ice coffee I wanted then I handed her a fifty and she acted like she had to take her shoes off to make the change

I always run on Dunkin! It was the same during my trip to Rutland! Coffee was made fresh and they had a great selection of donuts... They had double chocolate (which is often out at other locations!)

I went to get my drink today like I do everyday from the same spot, but today there was a new person named austin making my drink, my drink is very simple caramel, cream, coffee, and cold foam. he mixed the cold foam into the drink instead of putting it on top like it’s supposed to be , he mixed the drink but got no caramel off the sides and he didn’t call the drink out he just placed it on the counter and walked away. this is the first time that i’ve had this employee but not the first time this kind of stuff has gone on, in the past two months and a little more, i haven’t gotten my drink made correctly and i’ve seen a major decline in service at west street.

This is the slowest Dunkin ever! It shouldn’t take 25 minutes to get a drink in the drive thru when there are 3 cars in front of me. This happens all the time. I can’t do this anyway. I think it would be faster to go to another location that’s out of my way.
