The bun was old, falling apart, made for a sloppy Hamburger. Fries were great. Would of gave it a 5 star but the bun did it for me

The burger and fries were really good, the place looked clean, spacious and with good light. I'd definitely eat here again.

Fried were great, shake was good…the burger was neither. Fake cheese weird taste and overall just not that delicious. And the bill was $25 🙄 Not worth it at all…I mean really, get real. I’d go back for the fries only. Much better food to be had for much less money.
Good food. Good service. I would come back.

Second time in a week we have put orders in for work and our food has been wrong. The receipt and ticket are right but both burgers have had ingredients mixed up.

First time at 5 Guys. Food was fair, shake was supposed to come with whipped cream but they were out. Lots of fries though that tasted fresh. Biggest complaint is that it was dirty. Lots of trash on the floor, tables looked like they'd been wiped with a dirty rag, just had a dirty feel about the place. Service was good and everyone seemed to know what they were doing.

Haven’t been to Five Guys in a while and stopped by to grab a bite while in Vermont. After being in a car for close to 5 hours, the cheeseburger and Cajun style fries with a diet Dr Pepper vanilla was a perfect combo. Decided not to get a milkshake but sounded delicious. Also grabbed a plate of peanuts while we waited for our order to be ready. People came in and out but I believe we were the only ones dining in. The amount of fries they give you is ridiculous; could never finish it. Good old classic that never fails.

Was in Vermont for the day and the two five guys close to me in NY are great. Never have a problem. I will not go to the one in rutland again. They made my burger wrong added mushrooms which I did not order barely offered an apology and the fries were soggy and the burger tasted like dirt. Very disappointed
