This was a wow. When my husband recommended sandwiches for lunch I thought it odd. He's not a big sandwich fan on weekends because he eats them all week long for lunches at work.... so I was a little shocked. I went along with it and boy I'm happy I did! I ordered the pastrami on rye with Swiss cheese and brown mustard. It was utter perfection! I am a connoisseur of smoked meats (Montreal smoked meat being my favorite), but this was a wow. It was tender, flavourful...
Hubby and I driving through Vermont, came across this place. Ten Stars for the corned beef melt - unbelievable. Sadly we won't be moving to Vermont after all, so not sure if we'll be making it back there, but we will go out of our way if we are remotely close, just for that sandwich.
