One of the best Rueben Sandwiches I've had and the service was top notch. They gladly split our sandwich and gave us each chips and pickle and split our soup into two containers. Bernie was the man.
Fresh really tasty food ; Great atmosphere ; good customer service ; very friendly people.My fiance and I were very satisfied with the food. The rueben I ordered was on point, I couldnt believe it was actually corned beed roast instead of lunch meat corned beef lol. The little things right 😃 anyways 5/5

We stopped by Hand Carved By Ernie in Rutland, and it was an absolute treat! Their Reuben sandwich was one of the best we’ve ever had—perfectly toasted with juicy, flavorful corned beef and just the right amount of sauerkraut and dressing. The staff were not only friendly but absolutely adored our dogs, making us (and them!) feel right at home. It’s rare to find a place that combines great food with such a welcoming atmosphere.
