The constant shrieking and yelling “I NEED A RUNNER!!!!” from the kitchen was crazy. I did not enjoy that. Figure out another system that doesn’t require yelling towards all of your customers. I was seated at the bar. Next to me a couple came in and asked a lady in a blue shirt behind the bar if they could sit at the bar. With a bit of attitude she told them that they were not seating at the bar at that time. Meanwhile I had literally just walked in a few moments before...
Lighting is dim like a pub. The food was mediocre and the waitress was very nice but never asked if I would like another beer or another drink. They also gave us our bill without asking if we were finished (we wanted to order more) but decided they didn't want any more business.
It was really dark inside. Waitress never asked if we wanted another beer or dessert (we wanted both, only got dessert). Food was good, turn around time was good. Overall, we would eat there again but happy to find somewhere else as well.
