Amazing service and atmosphere. Welcoming real staff, with top shelf quality coffee and bagels. Spacious and with a unique vibe that makes you feel comfortable to chill, and enjoy your time there.
This is the only place I have ever been that properly cream cheese's a bagel. Full coverage with a nice layer that is not 3" tall or a tiny serving that leaves you wanting more.
Whoever is the master spreader of the tasty cream cheese deserves a nobel piece prize 🏆 🥯

A couple of suggestions when you run out of loyalty cards: order your new supply earlier; don’t take away old cards, continue to punch them; hand draw and xerox interim cards; warn customers to keep receipts for later punches; pick a number such as 4 to use with everybody; tell your customer that the policy is no punches, but because they are a regular, we’ll make an exception; and trust your repeat customers. It changes the vibe to have super customer service (coffee prepared while in line before ordering) and then get the asynchronous dissident message “here’s your coffee, but we don’t trust you.”
