I have celiac disease and it can be difficult to find kitchens clean enough for me to eat from or foods that have pleasing flavors and textures. I asked for a cake tasting for my upcoming wedding as they were recommended to me because they make gluten free baked goods. I tried a blueberry cake which was fantastic, an almond raspberry which made my mouth happy but then their gluten free carrot cake literally made me cry happy tears of joy. My to be husband is not a carrot cake...
I always pass MVK on my way home and today I finally decided to stop…my only regret is that I didn’t try it sooner! I got the gobbler and it was 10/10! MVK is definitely my new go to lunch
was delicious. It was served for a Birthday lunch for my sister's 70th with 10 guest.
