Wedding Catering Review: Delicious Food and attentive, hard-working staff. We booked Noel’s having never tasted their food, but with limited options in the area, they met our budget and could provide the food we were looking for. I am SO glad we chose them. We had a barbeque Friday night with ribs and chicken and all the food was delicious. This was served buffet style and it was truly an elevated buffet BBQ. The food was hot and staff was very on top of things, taking plates, and serving the buffet for our guests. Saturday dinner was remarkable. We served chicken piccata, and steak and lobster. Everything was so fresh, and I don’t know how the chef got the lobster so perfectly moist and flavorful. I don’t think we’ll ever forget this meal. Again, service was top notch with timely plate clearing, and making sure the kids and head table were served first. They got everyone’s order correct with our seating chart. I can’t thank them enough for a wonderful wedding experience. Friday’s buffet breakfast was ready and served early which fit our morning well. Again, the food was delicious, hot, and plentiful. Our guests have raved about the food and so have we. Thank you Noel’s and staff. We highly recommend hiring them for any catered event.

We used Noel's catering and were extremely happy with their services. We wanted to save where we could so decided to rent our own plateware directly from the rental company. I read a review regarding Noel's not providing any chafers and such, this isn't the case. They will provide anything you need as long as its discussed from the beginning. For the bride to get upset and write a bad review because she decided to deal with the rentals herself, it isnt right.

The employees of Noël’s Catering are all extremely hardworking, caring, and personable, which made wedding planning easy and fun! Bill went above and beyond during all stages of the process: he thoughtfully executed all the little details and requests we had (signature drinks, timeline)— everything was FLAWLESS and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. You’d think planning a wedding amidst a pandemic would be hell, but Bill and his staff clearly understood Vermont’s COVID-19 guidelines, and made it clear that everyone’s health and safety was the number one priority.All of the staff at my wedding were truly on point. The bartender was excellent; he served guests efficiently. The food (prime rib—WOW!) was hot and wonderful. We are still getting compliments from guests saying it was one of the nicest weddings they had ever been to and nothing went wrong. I recommend this caterer to anyone looking for a superb meal and celebration experience, anytime of year!

Had a signed contract paid in full with 2 servers and 9’days before the wedding bill decides he wants to add more servers @$150 per for 50 people , We thought it was overkill and had a meeting to explain said reasoning and was berated the whole time I was in the location. We fired him on the spot and got our money back. Poor quality and very unpleasant atmosphere. If your looking to get ripped off and taken advantage of this is definitely the place for you. I 100% don’t recommend
