The food was tasty! I have been looking for good Asian food in rutland and i think i found it. Excellent sugar butter biscuits and crab Rangoon! The girl at the desk was smiling and nice. There could be more atmosphere in the place, but i will be ordering many times here! I could've taken better pics of the food but I ate it too quickly!
Overall, not a great experience here. My black bean and tofu had very little flavor and was incredibly greasy. Hot and sour soup is good, but not traditionally made. The race was starchy, didn't seem freshly made and they don't have brown rice. When I called, the person I spoke with was very hard to understand and had trouble understanding me. The dining room was incredibly gross. On the plus side, prices are reasonable and portions are large. But I'm sure there are better choices.

The place is worn out. Dusty Christmas, Easter, and Cinco de Mayo decorations in the dining room, expired melted candy in the vending machine. Pot holes in the parking lot. Rusty wobbly tables. The Food was delicious, Lady friendly but I recommend taking it to go. The place definitely needs a makeover but the food is worth it. Way better selection and quality than China 1 in Granville, NY.

Average-tasting Chinese food, large portions & reasonable prices. It's not the best Chinese cuisine in Rutland, but not the worst either - middle of the road. Will order from this restaurant again.
I've been going to this place since it was in the "mall" it was always great food quantity and quality but the last 3 times I've been I've been very disappointed in the quality of the food. I get the Generals chicken every time so it was easy to tell it's gone down hill. When I went in today it appeared that there were different people working. Don't believe I'll be returning any time soon. So sad to see the lack of concern off their food quality!
