Good place to use the rest room, not much else. Ordered two buttered bagels, received two bagels thrown in a bag with a plastic knife and butter packets. Asked the server how we were expected to cut and butter bagels in our car while driving, she just shrugged and said that’s how Panera serves it.

5:30 in the afternoon all the lights are on the building is closed. No one takes your order. The sign on the door says open. I sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes before I just left saw the customer who was in line behind me, go to check the door and it was locked but the sign still said open on a big Thursday evening said poor excuse for service

There was no one working the front counter. The signs said kiosk order only. We spent 10 minutes placing our order for it to shut down and restart saying "it needs to rest". We left.

After placing my order at the drive thru speaker I was accused of being rude because I asked “ for a few minutes please” as I have a hard time seeing the menu board. I was not rude but your employee was! I got my order but I probably won’t go again

2nd time in 3 days that I've had stuff on my sandwich I didn't want on it. What I want to say is it a big deal. No. Could it be. Yes. What if something i was allergic to was put on my sandwich. Then I forget to check it or expect my food to be made as ordered and I end up having an allergic reaction. Read the tickets. Not that hard
I came in to pick up my food I had ordered online and when I saw it was ready I showed them my confirmation, processed to get yelled at to get the phone out of their faces. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.
