Brisket was great. Mac n cheese unique, good flavor but mushier texture. beans smokey and sweet. Trash plate a wealth of flavors and big enough to share. We topped it with a half rack of ribs and some smokey chocolate chip cookies. Casual qsr seating in inside and picnic tables out. Building is not your typical restaurant, looks industrial. Chef was there and was very helpful. Great for takeout or grabbing a quick bite. Everyone enjoyed their food.

Our lunch at Restoration BBQ was perfect! The brisket and pulled purl were so tender, moist, and perfectly smoky. You know it’s good BBQ when you only need a small dollop of sauce. The pickles and pickled onion also good. Pineapple coleslaw delish. And, the cheesecake brownie- wow. Really good food and really sweet people. Local food at its best!

Amazing little spot right off the road! Great owners and great BBQ! Burnt ends are stupidly amazing. Everytime we drive to Killington, we hit this spot up.
Stopped here while driving through Rutland! The BBQ is really good and the brisket melts in your mouth! Stop here if in the area. You won't regret it.

This place has been my favorite go-to for almost 2 years now! My wife and I love to travel all over the country with Texas being our inevitable favorite for barbecue cuisine, but I tell you that Restoration BBQ VT’s brisket will make you feel like you’re in Texas! We love to pick up 1-2 lbs of brisket to prepare at home in a variety of ways from gourmet sandwiches to taco night. It is a game changer and this place was the exact BBQ place Vermont needed. Beef Brisket here was definitely the best I've had, and I've Brisket from New England to southern Alabama. Perfectly cooked, great pricing. 100% recommended to anyone wanting melt-in-your-mouth beef.
