I ordered two large sundaes and they were the sorriest sundaes I have ever seen a tablespoon of topping and less ice cream than u would get in a small cone. All for 14.00 and change well you have just lost 2 customers!!!Don’t go here!! It’s time for this place to close or sell PLEASE!!
Went for an ice cream sundae...staff was obviously very new and didn't appear to have anyone seasoned to assist them. They were out of pineapple and bananas but didn't seem to know that until they were attempting to make something that needed it. My sundae ended up being strawberry with only two dollops of ice cream Instead of three and there was a LITTLE strawberry juice and ONE strawberry. For the amount you pay I wasn't overjoyed with my sundae. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it was the girls faults, I definitely think someone should have been with them to assist. ?
Old family restaurant still operating in Rutland. Not much has changed in the store, but food is good, coffee hot, and always lots of conversation ‼️??
Ordered food. The scrambled eggs were good. My over easy eggs were slightly overcooked which is fine. My main problem was the burnt corn beef hash. It's clearly burnt and neither the cook or the waitress stopped themselves from serving it. They did take it off but the quality control is just lacking.
Absolutely the worst place I've ever been!!!!!!! Except for the waitress the food was Absolutely horrible!! Almost asked for money back but decided just to pay and leave. They charge way too much for Terrible quality food!!!!
On Mother’s Day I took my Mom out to eat and then stopped at Sewards for an ice cream. My parents used to go there on dates. It used to be the hot spot!. I got a small hard ice cream and it cost me $4.50 for a meager scoop. To make things worse, it was freezer burned and nasty. I took it back to the window. The young lady apologized 2 times and I think she knew it was bad. She offered me a different kind and made the scoop bigger. I went back to my car and this ice cream was crystallized and also nasty. Extremely disappointed. I threw it out my window on my way back to my Mom’s. Hope I didn’t kill any animals that try to eat it. For the $$$ they should take pride in their product.
Food sucked, service was ok, food was burnt, gave the children a shiver down the spine. Cottage cheese was warm. And it was dark and dirty in the restraint.
The woman working was very rude to me and my family and we waited for about 30 minutes for her to even ask us what we wanted to eat and when I said I wanted a burger she was rushing me to answer and kept confirming like I wasn't in my right mind and was very judge mental twords us
Honestly. A philly cheese steak sandwich on a hot dog bun. Wow what a rip off

Excellent family restaurant to relax, take a tasty break and refresh!
Great ice cream you have to try it to believe it ??
One of the oldest restaurants in the area and these folks still got it. Food was great, mother and I both loved it. Wait staff was kind and very quick. Food is well worth the price.
Good food and reasonable prices. Staff was friendly and helpful!
Sad! It's hard to believe that a place like this is still open. When you read the bad reviews, believe it, it's no exaggeration. Our particular waitress very rude but, after the diner experience, perhaps she was just a product of her environment. I never thought it possible to ruin French Fries--I was wrong. No air conditioning, water dripping from the ceiling (not a cloud in the sky) dried food on the menus. I'll stop there, you get the point.
