We happened upon this restaurant late (an hour before closing) and, luckily, were able to be seated. For appetizers we ordered two house caesar salads, the generous dressing and shaved parmesan cheese were delicious. Since it was late, we decided on the Vermont Wagyu burgers rather than steak. They were ordered medium rare--they were cooked perfectly! We finished with carrot cake and the steakhouse eclair (huge--two-person dessert!). Next time we are in town, we will definitely...

Stopped in for dinner during our last night in Vermont and glad we did. We had the Poutine appetizer, the Prime Rib and the Pork chop. Everything was delicious but that pork chop was memorable!! All good cooked to perfection. Beautiful restaurant, amazing drink menu and beer selection. Staff member Jenny was a legend and just a super person who made us feel right at home. God bless you Jen.
