Location was not to busy went thru the drive thru ordered and had 3 cars in front of me within five minutes I got my drink. Fast and the service was great.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a Starbucks before. I ordered on the app and went through the drive through and was asked to come inside. I had 4 children with me and was unable to do so. When I was handed my order I was disrespectfully told that I was holding up everyone else and next time I needed to just come inside. What difference would it have made if I placed my large order at the drive through or through the app? Never again will I visit this establishment I’ll stick to my lovely crew in Stowe.

Nice interior but slow service and until you guys get UNSWEETENED almond or coconut milk I’m not buying coffee from you. Everything has to have sugar in it! Get with modern times people!!

Service was terrible! 4 people working (1 working the front, 2 on Drive-in, and 1 walking around not knowing what to do). No one in frony of us!!! My boyfriend (whos African American) and I ordered basic drip (Pike) from inside. Took us 10 minutes and me asking for us to get our coffee!!! The people behind us received their pastries and bulk coffee (that needed grinding) before us. I love Starbucks, but this experience makes me question why I continue my loyalty.
