I went to get my birthday drink and the woman just gave me a dirty look and then scanned my phone and said it “wasn’t showing it was my birthday” so i went to the new starbucks down the street, thankfully these people were MUCH nicer and turns out my app actually scanned just fine for my birthday drink, kindness is free people, if you don’t want to be at work, clock out girl don’t ruin other peoples day.

Location was not to busy went thru the drive thru ordered and had 3 cars in front of me within five minutes I got my drink. Fast and the service was great.

Used the drive-thru, and the young woman who served our coffee was very kind and helpful. My complex drink order was made perfectly.

Can I take my dollar tip back? Staff was not friendly saying d absolutely nothing! Rang me up and turned around and went about her business! I had to ask for a bag. I seriously wanted to say can I have my dollar tip back!
